If a typhoon threatens the Colony, the OTO HAHN" will noti enter if local storm signal No.3 or above is hoisted. If local storm signals are raised while the vessel is in the port, the "OTO HAHN" will proteed to sea immediately upon hosting of any signal higher than No.1 local storm signal. She will not return until No. 1 signal is again hoisted or jall signals are lowered.
