THE MASS TRANSIT RAILWAY CORPORATION (AMENDMENT)
ORDINANCE 1977
(No. 40 of 1977)
This Ordinance removes doubts as to whether guarantees can be validly granted under section 12(1) of the Mass Transit Railway Corporation Ordinance in respect of interest, amounts payable under price variation clauses, premium or other charges the amounts of which are not quantified in the Legislative Council resolution authorizing the guarantee.
2. Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, I advised that he could properly do so.
