But the Chinese aspect of this project was explored fully at the end of July by our Ambassador with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and the Vice-Minister for the coal industry (Peking telegrams CREDA 59 and (4), As far as I know there is nothing much more to be said to the Chinese for the present; and they tend to be less impressed than some Governments by visits of high level emissaries, whoever they ay .
