Hong Kong Power Station Project
Thank you for your letter of 13 May about the Hong Kong power station project.
The Prime Minister has seen your letter, and agrees with Mr. Williams' conclusion that HM Ambassador in Tokyo should not after all be asked to take any initiative in this case, in the light of the arguments set out in your letter.
