May I refer to your letter of 13 December 1976; I have already sent you on 10 January 1977 Cullen's (DEN) views on future energy prices.

2. I have attached a copy of Bracewell's (DI) views on generating plant. I would particularly direct your attention to paragraph 4 where DI indicate the present needs of the UK generating plant industry for orders of this nature.
