Lord Rhodes telephoned this morning on behalf of Sir. L. Kodoorie of Hong Kong Light and Power. Lord Rhodes was seeking an interview with the Secretary of State for Sir L. Kodoorie in connection with the power station contract in Hong Kong. I should be grateful for your advice on whether the Secretary of State should see Sir Kodoorie.
