HONG KONG POWER STATION PROJECT
In your minute of 18 April to Alan Havelock you gave us the chance of being represented at the meeting on 22 April. This will hos unfortunately be possible, but we should like to be kept informed of progress. I understand that British Electricity International (the overseas consultancy am of the electricity supply industry) have provided personnel on secondment to China Light and Power. They may have a role to play.
