I have no comments on the draft telegram attached to your minute of 6 May.

Could I please take this opportunity to raise another point? OPG is the part of Government which will first be spending money directly as assistance to the British firas pursuing this project. It is therefore very important that we get copies of all the main documents. I found myself having to ask for a copy of the Governer's telegram of 27 April. I have not seen copies of any documents relating to the reports of visits to Hong Kong by Clark Chapman/Parsons and the NCB. Could I please ask to receive copies of the two latter documents and to be kept on the circulation list for all other main papers?
