1. I enclose copies of a letter and its wedge of enclosures that I have just received from Mr Colin Platt, Fields Services Director of the International Society for the Protection of Animals. I do not intend to reply to Mr Platt but, in that he is more than likely to come back at me sooner or later, I would be grateful if I could, in due course, have a little bit more background to Miss Kamille Tsu and her complaints.
