INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY FOR THE PROTECTION OF ANIMALS
1. I wrote to you on 14 January enclosing a wedge of papers that I had received from Mr Colin Platt of the International Society for the protection of Animals. ir Platt has just written again - and I do not intend to reply - and I enclose a copy of his recent offering.
2. Once again I would be grateful to have, in due course, some background to liss Tsu and her complaints.
