I am just writing to confirm the timetable for the visit of Mr Nichols. You very kindly agreed to see Mr Nichols at 09.30 hrs on Thursday 8 September and this will be followed at 11.00 hrs by an appointment with members of Hong Kong and General Department, FCO. In the afternoon we have arranged for Mr Nichols to call on Mrs Biggam (HM Customs and Excise) at 15.00 hrs.
