Please refer to the Agreement botween
the European Economic Community and Hong Kong
on trade in textile products initialled between the two parties on 3 December 1977.
Pursuant to Artiole 5 paragraph 6 of
the said Agreement, I hereby notify you that
Hong Kong will have recourse to the provisions of Article 5 paragraph 3 of the said Agreement
up to the applicable limits during the period 1 January 1978 to 31 December 1982.
