If, on the basis of export data provided by the Hong Kong authorities, the Community ascertains that there is a sharp and substantial increase in the concentration of exporto, other than a
concentration attributable to normal ocasonal factors, of particular products in any one category subject to quantitativo limits established in Annex II, the Community may request consultations in accordance with the procedure specified in Article 13 of this Agreement with a view to remedying this situation. Such export data shall be provided by the Hong Kong authorities promptly in such detail and as frequently as the Community may roasonably request.
