This Agreement shall apply to trade in textile produota originating in Hong Kong of cotton, wool and man-mado fibres which ero listed in Annex î.
2.
The description and identification of the products covered by this Agreement are based on the nomenclature of the Common Customs Turiff and on the Nomenclature of Goods for the External Trade Statistics of the Community and the Statistics of Trade between Hember Statoa (WIMEXE).
3.
The origin of the products covered by this Agreement shall be dotor- mined in accordance with the rules ja force in the Community and the procedures for control of the origin of the products set out in potocol 4.
