1. At the Standing Committee meeting it was agreed that once the final figures under the bilateral agreement were available, you would be asked to assess their effect on Hong Kong's economy.
2. You have already carried out this exercise on one, earlier, set of figures but I now enclose what purport to be the final figures. I would be grateful if you could update the earlier exercise.
