The PUS accepts that it may be necessary to put to the Secretary of State Sir M Maclehose's suggestion that he might come home to discuss the situation. But he would like first to establish the facts of the case rather more clearly, and to see what can be done this week with the Commission to reduce the risk of a row on 19/20 September..
