Article 14
1. This Arrangement shall enter into force on 1 January 1974.

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1 of this article, for the application of the provisions of Article 2, paragrapha 2, 3 und 4 the date of untry into force shall be 1 „pril 1974.

Upon request of one or more parties which have accepted or acceded to this Arrangement a mocting shall be held within one week prior to 1 April 1974. Parties which at the time of the meeting have accepted or acceded to the Arrangement may agree on any modification of the date onvisaged in paragraph 2 of this article which may appear necessary and is consistent with the provisions of Article 16.
Article 15
Any participating country may withdraw from this arrangement upon the expiration of sixty days from the day on which written notice of such withdrawal is received by the Director-General to the CONTRACTING PARTIES to the GATT.
Article 16
This Arrangement shall remain in force for four years.
Article 17
The Annexes to this Arrangement constitute an integral part of this Arrangement.
