I do not know whether or not you receive the Far Eastern Economic Review but, in case you do not, I attach a copy of an article from the March 4 issue by Philip Bowring which underlines the weakness of the Textile Surveillance Body and the present disarray amongst developing countries in their attitudes to the MFA.
