(c) for each product the list of supplying
countries whose exports need to be
subject to quantitative lim its will`
be established.

understood that the level of imports
of these products from each supplying
country will be established in
accordance with the principles
contained in the agreed negotiating
directives, in particular paragraphs
2,3 and 6 remark (ii) and declarations

not later than 1 September 1977 the
Community will renew existing bilateral
agreements and restraints under
Article 3 of the MFA. Where these
existing agreements and restraints
include quantitative limits on imports
of any of the products in (b) above,
the new limits will ensure that growth
for these products will be less than
1% and as near as possible to zero.
