DRAFT COUNCIL DECISION
IMPORTS OF CERTAIN TEXTILE PRODUCTS WHICH CAUSE
CUMULATIVE DISRUPTION
The Council and the Commission are agreed as
follows:
(a) the Community will undertake an assessment,
for textile products with high market
penetration, of imports from all sources
into the Community and its regions. This
will aim at determining acceptable levels
for total imports of each of the products
concerned, bearing in mind the need to
stabilise
limit the rate of increase of import
