qualified majority vote and shall be final. The remedy described in this paragraph shall be exclusive.
Article XXV : Arbitration
1.

If a disagreement should arise between the Corporation and any former member or, after the termination of the operations of the Corporation, between
the Corporation and the former members, such disagreement shall be submitted
to arbitration by a court of three arbitrators. One of the arbitrators shall
be appointed by the Corporation, another by the members and, unless the parties
otherwise agree, the third by the Executive Secretary of the Economic, and Social
Commission for Asia and the Pacific. The third arbitrator shall be empowered to
decide all matters of procedure whenever the other two arbitrators disagree with
respect to such a question. A majority vote of the arbitrators shall be sufficient
to reach a decision which shall be final and binding upon the parties.

PART FIVE : Final Provisions
Article XXVI : Signature and Deposit

The present Agreement shall be open for signature from 20 to 30 April
1977, during the thirty-third session of the United Nations Economic and
Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, in Bangkok, at which time the Agree-
ment will be deposited with the Executive Secretary of the Economic and Social
Commission for Asia and the Pacific (hereinafter referred to as the Depositary)
and shall remain open for signature until the 30 September 1977.
2.
The Depositary shall send certified copies of the present Agreement
to all Signatory. Governments.
Article XXVII : Subscription by Signatory Governments
1.
Signatory Governments shall deposit within six months following the day of signature the subscription for the shares with the Depositary. The Depositary shall duly notify the other Signatories of each deposit and the
date thereof.
Article XXVIII : Ratification, acceptance or approval

accordance with the preceding paragraph may become members of the Corporation
by depositing with the Depositary an instrument of ratification, acceptance
or approval.
