12. The changes in departments' proposals which were accepted during the meetings (or during subsequent discussions between Finance Department and Heads of the Departments concerned) are listed in Annex A. The aid framework proposals, taking these changes into account, are summarised in Annex B. Annex C summarises revised proposals as percentages of the total available for allocation.
