Mr Hal Miller (Bromsgrove and Redditch): To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, whether there has been any change in the policy of Her Majesty's Government towards Hong Kong since it came to office; and if he will make a statement on the aims of the present Government'■ policy towards Hong Kong.
