The National Defence College have asked us to update their Defence
Agreements. Folder once again this year. I attach a copy of those parts:
of the text which are of interest to you.
I should be grateful if you
could send me any amendments you consider necessary.

The course for which this folder is required is not due to begin until January 1978. However, the course organisers are anxious to avoid over-loading their printers during the last few weeks before it begins. If you were able to return and let me have the amendments by 20 October
