Mr Hal Miller (Bromsgrove and Redditch): To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what response he has made to the representation of the Heung Yee Kuk concerning the Government's land policy and the development and progress of the New Territories in Hong Kong.
