Many thanks for your letter of 20 April. As you will know by now the Hong Kong Government Office in London have been co-ordinating the Kuk's programme in London and I understand they have been in direct contact with you. I gather that you will be meeting the Kuk delegation at 11.15 am. today. As they will probably tell you, I saw them myself yesterday when I thought we had a constructive exchange. I have no doubt that they will appreciate also your gesture in seeing them at the House of Commons.
