The Governor of Hong Kong will be making several official calls during his visit to London from 21 November to 1 December. He will also require the use of an office preferably in King Charles Street. I believe that in the past he has been allocated one of the spare rooms sometimes used by the Legal Advisers and I would hope that you are able to arrange this again.
