1. I spoke to Mr Quinn this afternoon explaining that the Governor of Hong Kong wishes to see the Duke of Kent during his visit to London between 21 November and 1 December. Mr Quinn tells me that your section would be willing to make enquiries of Lt Cdr Buckley to see whether HRH would be willing to see the Governor (I believe that the Governor has already written to the Duke of Kent with this in mind).
2. In view of the Governor's increasingly crowded programme I would be grateful for an early reply from Lt Cdr Buckley.
