Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth
Affairs presents his c ompliments to His Excellency the Soviet Ambassa lor
and, with reference to the latter's note number 59/AN of 5 August,
has the honour, to state that he regrets that it is not convenient
for the "Dimitriy "endekev" to visit Hong Kong from 31 October
3 November.
