Further to our communications on the

secondment of T.S. Heppell coming to Hong Kong to undertake an assignment in the Social Welfare sector, we have had a letter from Heppell himself saying that his Department has agreed to release him for six months from about mid-April (because he has other commitments, as you know) to take on the assignment.
This is good news, and we are looking forward to having him here again.
