Assistance Scheme, the most important being :
(a) the long term supplement to clients
who had been receiving PA for more than 18 months
(b) encouragement to self help
(c) the old at supplement to PA clients

PA scheme from 55 to 60 years.
Extend the community care allowance scheme
to those in institutional care.
Set up two day care centres for 80 elderly.
