HONG KONG: MONITORING THE PLANNING PAPER
1. I submit the minutes of the Fourth Meeting, on 11 November, of the Standing Committee set up to monitor the implementation
of the Planning Paper on Hong Kong. These minutes have been approved in draft by Mr Cortazzi. As in previous cases, I am
sending a copy of the minutes, but on this occasion, without the annex, to the Governor of Hong Kong.
2. The department is following up the various points arising
from the Standing Committee's Meeting.
