the quarterly reports. HKD undertook to produce a summary of them: the Hong Kong Government have not yet produced them all (and we are writing for those from the Conference, Finance and Councils Branches);

(b) particular interest was expressed in the agenda and

minutes of a Labour Advisory Board's meetings and, despite a reminder, these have not yet been sent to us;

(c)

we expressed an interest in an early sight of the budget papers. I think this point must by now have been taken fully on board;
