Your minute of 25 January. On your paragraph 3 it seems to me that Part 2 of the Report of Social Services Branch includes some important items for example the Employment (Amendment) Bill. It might be worth continuing to get these.

2. In deciding what we should discuss at the Standing Committee it would be helpful if we could have some commentary on the Hong Kong reports saying how they compare with the proposals in the Planning Paper.
