The explanation of the changes in 1976/77 are given below. Explanation of change
1. Lai King III was omitted in error from the previous list.
2. Minor delays of from one to two months in the
completion of schools numbered 7-9 were due to poor progress in construction.
3. Two schools at Chai Wan, which were previously scheduled
for completion in March 1977, have been delayed to May 1977. Accordingly, they are now included in the 1977/78 list.
