This report again includes a detailed labour legislation report and, as this is now intended to be given every quarter, whether or not we give a full report every quarter on the other subjects, we have stopped sending you the almost identical report at eight-weekly intervals, as foreshadowed in paragraph 3 of my 20th October letter, when mistakenly I said it was sent quarterly.
