Mr Frank Hooley (Shaffield, Heeley): To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, which Inter national Labour Organisation conventions, ratified by the United Kingdom, do not fully apply in Hong Kong; and what steps are being taken to make them applicable to that colony.
