Rabsatt had a daughter living on the other side of the

road, that's called the hill side of the road. Her

name is Etheleen Thomas. She lives a few yards up the

hill side. In that area is another building which

accommodates two families, it has two apartments

Brown's Allan Brown and his daughter-in-law, Betty

Adams and Allan Brown's wife. They have one apartment.

The other apartment is occupied by PC Pickering, his

girlfriend, Julita Gaston, who is the sister of the

accused and by the accused himself. This two apartment

house is on the hill side of the road and it is also

adjacent to where Etheleen Thomas lives. In the area

is a school and we know that at that school Lynden Smith

teaches. Now also on the hill side of the road is a

pit toilet, this pit toilet is attached to the premises

occupied by the Brown's and Pickering and the Gaston's.

But this pit toilet apparently is a toilet attached to

the Brown's apartment, as the Pickering's apartment has

a flush toilet of its own. That's the area
