Know Accused.
On 19th January, 1977 at about 10.30 a.m. as a result of a report,
Inspector Warren, Sgt. Williams, Sgt. Malone and I went to a building at 20
Major Bay owned by Evelyn Rabsatt. I went in the building.
In the pool room, I saw several spots of blood on the floor.
There was
a pool table. In the grocery there was a safe. I took some drawings from
the safe. These drawings had blood marks on them which appeared to have
been made by someone's fingers.

I have been trained at Scotland Yard and at Hendon and Wakefield. I kept
the plans in my custody.
(Witness is shown Id M)
These are the plans I collected from the safe. There are blood marks
on them. I now produce the plans EXX G. S.1
I also collected a hat from the grocery from the floor near the safe.

It was torn. In the hat was some money, namely, one 1⁄21⁄21⁄2 dollar and 6 quarters.
