It would be difficult for a person to inflict those wounds on herself,

I would say that/time between injury and death could be about one her.

The wounds could be caused by a sharp pointed instrument like a knife

All those wounds could have been caused by the same instrument.

all the others Went straight into the body. The victim may have been sitt- 15

ing or standing but assailant attacked from behind.

The wounds on the left hand show that the victim was trying to protect

harself.

I would say the assailant would have got blood on him from the victim.

From the wounds on the head, the blood would have spurted out.

The clothes were put

in a bag and one of the police officers took

them away.

It is unlikely that these wounds could have been accidentally inflicted

in a struggle.
