Court It would not appear that Counsel for the Accused did all he
might have done to put himself in a proper state of preparedness for this
case but that the accused may not be at all prejudiced in his defence.
I will adjourn the present sitting of the March assizes to 23rd May 1977. Assizes adjourned accordingly.
