Dr Sterrer's letter was sent as an enclosure to Mr Lloyd's letter at folio 46 and your advice at W47 led to Mr Stewart's reply at folio 60. We do not know that Mr Lloyd replied as we suggested but the pocbability is that he did.
3. Could the telegramme from Amnesty International below folio 14 be similarly considered?
