CAPITAL PUNISHMENT IN DEPENDENT TERRITORIES
As I shall not be in later this afternoon I am sending you my two drafts in respect of capital punishment in dependent territories now before you have gained from Mr Slater the information on capital punishment in the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. I shall be most grateful if you would draft paragraph 4 of the minute to Mr Wall.
