here is a good case for giving our Governors an allowance o help them make good their residencies. I am sure DevDiv Yould be able to advise on how much this allowance should be. 8 regards leave passages I am strongly of the opinion that e ought at all times to pay for our Governors' travel between he territory and the United Kingdom despite the provision of Colonial Regulation no 8.
