How very kind of you to send me a copy of your LegCo speech on 27 October. It contains a lot of most useful information in a short text that I shall be able to use often in the future.
I am looking forward very much to seeing you in London in December. I do hope I will be able to offer you some hospitality and that you will keep, e.g. a lunchtime, free for me.
