1. Mr Frank Allaun MP has written to the Secretary of State for Defence enclosing a letter, a copy of which is attached, from Mr Bradley, representative of the Young Socialists on the Labon Party National Executive Committee.

As this letter has been passed to Lord Goronwy-Roberts for reply, I would be grateful if you could send us any observatione on the working of the Public Order Ordinance and information on the specific case of the six Marxists which we can use in drafting a reply to Mr Allaun.
