I enclose for your information 3 sets of 2 lists concerning boats containing Vietnamese who have arrived at various ports in East Asia.
The first is a list of persons who have arrived by boat (including those rescued at sea by other boats) at various ports in the area; Thailand is not included as several boats have recently arrived there, and the list for Thailand has not yet been compiled. The second list (included in the first) is only of those who have been rescued at sea
by other boats.
