Scott Douglas of Palm Beach, Florida, to which I have sent an acknowledgement thanking him for his sympathies in relation to the assassination of Mr. Ewart-Biggs. I should be grateful if you could arrange for the letter of condolence to be passed on, and for a suitable reply to be sent to his point about refugees in South East Asia.
