Minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 30 June 1976 which had been circulated, were confirmed and signed with an amendment on page 3:-
The last two lines of the section referring to the contribution from Oxfam to be deleted and reference made to the report from Oxfam subsequently received which was appended at the end of the Minutes.
