I thought that you (and the Immigration Department) might be interested to know what was said at this year's session of the UNHCR'sxecutive Committee on 4-12 October
(182) about the problem of shipwrecked Indo-Chinese
refugees ("Boat Feople"). I enclose the relevant extracts from the report of the UK delegation at the xecutive Committee's meeting and from the statement by the UK Representative on the Committee, fir Ifor Davies (Labour MP for Gower).
